    • Rehearsal coordination, attendance, and ceremony walk-in cues

  • Wedding Day 

    • On-site all day (usually the first vendor to arrive and last to leave)

    • Execution of event timeline and vendor cues

      • Vendor point-of-contact throughout the day 

    • Set up and tear down

      • Decor provided by client or vendor 

      • Venue sets up tables and chairs. If this service is not provided, additional staffing and payment may be required.

      • Transportation of any decor from ceremony venue to reception venue

    • Pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

    • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

    • Directing the ceremony processional 

    • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

    • Vendors and I work together to make sure your day has the best flow and all details are covered on the back end

    • Dealing with any unforeseen circumstances



$400 per add on

Additional Travel Fees (if 50 miles outside of

San Diego)

  • Current IRS mileage rate 

  • Current IRS meal + incidental expenses rate

  • Hotel accommodations

  • Airplane tickets and rental car
